2. ELECTRONIC MEDICAL ARCHIVE (MEDIHIS) SERVICE
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING AND PROVIDNG ACCURATE DOCUMENTS AND ANY AND ALL MEDICAL TEST RESULTS INTO YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE.
ANY AND ALL INFORMATION OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF UPLOADING DOCUMENTS AND TEST RESULTS TO YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE DOES NOT RENDER A MEDICAL OPINION ON BEHALF OF MEDICOPIN AND MEDIHIS.COM.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INPUT ALL ACCURATE INFORMATION AND LAB TEST RESULTS, IMAGES, AND NUMBERS INTO YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT REFERENCE VALUES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY AMONG LABORATORIES. OUR SYSTEM USES THE REFERENCE VALUES OF LEADING MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AS A BASE AND CAN VARY.

MEDICOPIN`S ONLINE MEDICAL ARCHIVE SERVICE (MEDIHIS) IS NOT AN ALTERNATIVE FOR A FACE-TO-FACE DOCTOR CONSULTATION.
EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION OF THE UPLOADED FILES IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO AUTHORIZE A THIRD PARTY TO CREATE, UPLOAD AND UPDATE DOCUMENTS ON YOUR BEHALF TO YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESCIND THE AUTHORIZATION AT ANYTIME.
THE MEDICAL ARCHIVE (MEDIHIS) SERVICE PROVIDED BY MEDIHIS.COM IS A COMPLETELY SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT SERVICE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE MEDICOPIN SERVICE (MEDICIAL OPINION) TO HAVE A DOCTOR GIVE A SECOND OPINION BASED ON THE DOCUMENTS YOU SELECTED FOR HIM/HER TO REVIEW FROM YOUR MEDIHIS ARCHIVE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MEDICAL OPINION (MEDICOPIN) SERVICE.
ALL DOCUMENTS AND FILES UPLOADED TO YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE ARE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIGN ANY DOCUMENTS AND RESULTS FROM YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE TO YOUR MEDICOPIN CASE.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE DOCTORS CAN ONLY VIEW AND ASSESS THE DOCUMENTS THAT YOU ASSIGN TO YOUR MEDICOPIN CASE.
MEDIHIS.COM WILL KEEP ALL MEDICAL ARCHIVE DATA IN YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE ONLY FOR A LIMITED PERIOD. ALL DOCUMENTS AND DATA WILL BE RETAINED ON A CONTINUED RENEWAL BASIS. IF YOU FAIL TO RENEW WITH MEDIHIS, ALL DOCUMENTS AND DATA IN YOUR ARCHIVE WILL ONLY BE RETAINED FOR THREE (3)_MONTHS UPON THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP. DOCUMENTS AND DATA IN YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND FAILURE TO RENEW.
ALL DOCUMENTS AND DATA IN YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE CAN ONLY BE PROVIDED TO DOCTORS AND PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH MEDICOPIN. MEDICOPIN WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTS AND DATA IN YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE TO ANY PERSON, PARTY OR FACILITY NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MEDICOPIN.
MEDICOPIN WILL NOT PROVIDE COPIES OF ANY DOCUMENTS AND DATES IN YOUR MEDICAL ARCHIVE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MEDICOPIN.
3. PROHIBITED USE
Any use or attempted use of MEDIHIS.COM (i) for any unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent or malicious purpose, or (ii) that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server, or (iii) interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website, or (iv) to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any server or systems through hacking, password mining or any other means, or (v) to access systems, data or information not intended by Medihis.com to be made accessible to a user, or (vi) attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available by Medihis.com, or (vii) any use other than the business purpose for which it was intended, is prohibited.
In addition, in connection with your use of Medihis.com, you agree you will not:
a) Upload or transmit any message, information, data, text, software or images, or other content ("Material") that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable, or that may invade another's right of privacy or publicity;

d) Upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another;
e) Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels that you upload to any communication feature;
f) Use Medihis.com’s communication features in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users (e.g., excessive shouting, use of all caps, or flooding continuous posting of repetitive text);
g) Upload or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation, commercial or otherwise;
h) Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
i) Upload or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
j) Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity;
k) Manipulate or otherwise display Medihis.com by using framing, mirroring or similar navigational technology or directly link to any portion of Medihis.com other than the main homepage, Medihis.com, in accordance with the Limited License and Site Access outlined above;
l) Probe, scan, test the vulnerability of or breach the authentication measures of, this Website or any related networks or systems;
m) Register, subscribe, attempt to register, attempt to subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to unsubscribe, any party for any services or any contests, promotions or sweepstakes if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so;

MEDIHIS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE ANY USER’S MEMBERSHIP BASED ON ANY PROHIBITED USE AS IDENTIFIED ABOVE AND TO BRING FORTH LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANYONE FOR THE PROHIBITED USE.
MEDIHIS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ANY MEMBERS AND USERS FOR ANY OF THE PROHIBITED USE BY ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY.
4. SECURITY
MEDIHIS.COM follows HIPAA Security Rules that require appropriate Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of protected health information (PHI).
Medihis.com uses HIPAA Comply Secure server to provide industry-leading security such as scalable environment from a SSAE 16 Certified data center, most advance encryption systems.
Medihis.com reserves the right to renewal, update and upgrade all information and software systems. JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD SHALL BE BINDING AND MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION.

Medihis service fee is non-refundable. Medihis users can cancel their account at any time.
